A retired teacher is visited by a special woman from his past. He falls in love with her, much to the consternation of his controlling niece, his only relative. The niece fears the stranger is competition, not only for her uncle's attentions, but also for his legacy. Everyone's expectations are overturned,  as it is revealed that no-one is quite as they seem...

Ron Fernee earned an MA in Screenwriting from UAL in 2011. He has won the King Lear Prize and the Capsule Theatre Play Competition.

This is his new play for 2025 and he welcomes your feedback.
