How much do it cost?

  • Membership fee is £15 for new members and £10 annual renewal

  • Members attending Monday night events pay £3 at the door

  • Non-members, including friends and family who are always welcome, pay £4 at door

  • Attendance at Zoom readings and competition nights is free

Welcome to Player Playwrights

We are a writers and actors co-operative where we read, perform and constructively critique members’ new writing for theatre, audio and screen.


Members commit to attend regularly and participate fully in creating a supportive environment for every member - writer and actor - to develop their craft.
