For over 30 years Edward Stiles MP and his adviser Violet have fought for power and socialism within the Labour Party. However, after eighteen months of the party being in government, Hammersmith Bridge still hasn't been repaired like Edward implied it would. But then a new adviser enters, a young woman who has power and influence over Edward, and who convinces him to tell the truth about everything...

Brad Sutherland has had plays performed at the White Bear, the Park, Southwark Playhouse and the OSO. He won the Best Play award from Player Playwrights in 2023 and was runner up in 2024.
