Ish He Real? is comedy, farce, melodrama for Today.
Life today. Who Controls? Drones, satellites, mobile phones, media ... and spirit. What is real? What is between, between? I have to laugh.
Self-made billionaires, Denise & Dennis Taylor dance and sing, control their beautiful educated daughter, Isla - at age 20, give her a bonus of £3.2 million. World media will hear, promote their business! A multi-million-pound contract is to be signed, skyscrapers built over the ancient church/graveyard adjacent to their recently purchased mansion house in Essex. But work life has given Isla little time to live her own life - her child, aborted, her lover, disappeared, her only freedom is in thinking/dreams, imagination ... .
Does life ever die? Does everything evolve - become, over millions of years, fossils et al? Would suicide be her escape?Denise has not had time to see her old mother in decades - 'she's never praised me Dennis; what we have achieved; never kissed me; increasingly I keep seeing her, imagining her. A ghost? I know we pay for her Care-home but we must visit her ... before she dies."
