SW1PE by Marc Blake, Monday 3rd July 2017

Stage reading of SW1PE is a one act, two-handed play about modern online dating relationships.

The first part examines the desire, the nerves and the lies we tell ourselves and others in an attempt to ensnare a partner. The second translates those truths and lies to the end stages of a relationship.

Marc Blake has taught sitcom since 1994 and is the author of How NOT to write Sitcom (A&C

Black 2011) Writing the Comedy Movie (Bloomsbury 2016) and Writing sitcom (Andrews UK
